### **Description** The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing and performing the company’s day\-to\-day accounting functions and ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial information. This is a hands\-on role in a small\-company environment and is responsible for the full accounting cycle, including general ledger management, balance sheet reconciliations, month\-end close, financial statement preparation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, fixed assets, payroll accounting, and related accounting functions. The Accounting Manager is expected to work independently, maintain strong accounting controls, identify and resolve discrepancies, and provide management with accurate and timely financial information.
