This position is responsible for providing guidance, managing the daily activities, administrative and clinical and supervising assigned personnel in the delivery of care and independently performing a full range of tasks in providing nursing care to assigned patients. The ANM collaborates with health care professionals in providing holistic patient care, consistent with the hospital's mission. **SCHEDULE:** 72 hours every two weeks, 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., every third weekend androtating holidays. **REPORTING RELATIONSHIP** The Assistant Nurse Manager works under the supervision of the Nursing Manager.
