### **Assignment Overview** * Shift: Days, 3x12hrs * Hours: 36 hrs/wk * Start Date: Nov 10, 2026 * Length: 13 weeks * Openings: 1 ### **Description** American Traveler is hiring a PACU RN with a CA license and 2\-3 years of PACU/critical care experience, including both adult and pediatric patients. ### **Details** * Main Hospital PACU setting * 3 scheduled shifts plus 1 call shift per week (4 total) * Day shift, 3x12\-hour shifts, start times vary from 0730 to 1030 * Pre\-op coverage may require start times as early as 0600 * Call requires ability to report to PACU within 30 minutes * Cares for patients recovering from major surgeries including general, vascular, neuro, orthopedic, and trauma procedures * Works across Pedi PACU, Phase I PACU, and Phase II Recovery settings ### **Requirements** * Active CA RN license required in hand * ADN required * BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required * 2\-3 years of PACU/critical care experience with adult and pediatric populations required * Pre\-op experience required * Proficiency in monitoring vital signs, level of consciousness, and post\-anesthesia pain management * Skilled in administering and titrating medications, including pain m...
