**Avir Trilogy is seeking a Regional Maintenance Director to join our team!** We're looking for a Regional Maintenance Director who knows that in skilled nursing, the building is part of the care. You'll provide leadership, oversight, and technical support for maintenance, environmental services, and life safety across multiple facilities throughout Texas, partnering with Executive Directors, facility Maintenance Directors, and regional leadership to keep every building safe, compliant, and running. This role lives in the mechanical rooms and the regulations both. You'll be on rooftops and in generator rooms one day and walking a facility through a Life Safety Code inspection the next.
