TDS is looking to add a new member to our team. We are a sitework (clearing, grading, sewer, water, stone, curb and asphalt) company working in the fields of residential, commercial and roadway construction. Our projects are located primarily in the Northern Virginia region. We are seeking a ***Project Manager*** (working independently with little supervision). Work Environment: The position is primarily office\-based, but includes local travel and may occasionally require the ability to walk physically challenging (such as wooded and or steep) jobsites. This is a salaried career, which may include infrequent work outside of normal business hours. Typical Duties: 1\. Negotiating and managing suppliers and subcontractors. 2\. Visiting job sites to monitor and advise field crews. 3\. Planning and strategizing efficient and cost effective methods of construction. 4\. Performing takeoffs and pricing for change orders. 5\.
