Mayorga Construction Group is looking for a highly motivated, intelligent, and resourceful **Assistant Project Manager (APM)** who wants more than just a job. We're looking for someone who wants to build a career, take on responsibility, and grow alongside a rapidly expanding construction company. We handle a wide variety of projects, including **residential and commercial roofing, new home construction, general contracting, and federal government projects** throughout the Southeast. This is not a position where you'll be given a simple list of tasks to complete every day. We need someone who can **think independently, solve problems, take initiative, and figure things out without needing their hand held.** You'll work directly with our Project Manager and company leadership, helping manage multiple projects, coordinate subcontractors, obtain permits, resolve issues, and keep operations moving. **This is a fast\-paced, demanding position.** You'll be expected to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and take ownership of your responsibilities.
