Description: **Boys \& Girls Clubs of Carson’s Mission** The Boys \& Girls Clubs of Carson (BGCC) offers our young people a safe environment where they can have fun and be themselves, dedicated adult mentors who respect and listen to them, and outcome\-based programs that empower youth to become lifelong learners. **Job Summary** The Vice President of Finance is BGCC’s senior finance leader and a member of the executive leadership team. Reporting to the CEO, the position provides strategic financial direction and ensures accurate accounting, timely reporting, strong controls, regulatory compliance, and responsible stewardship of public and private funds. This role oversees the systems and practices supporting BGCC’s Clubhouse and eight school\-based programs across Carson, Watts, and South Los Angeles, including government contracts, grants, restricted contributions, fundraising, program fees, school partnerships, transportation, and capital initiatives.
