Job Summary The **Facility Manag****er** is the primary leader for the facility, responsible for merging high\-level strategic planning with day\-to\-day supply chain execution. This role acts as a Culture Champion, fostering an environment of safety, diversity, and ownership while ensuring the facility meets rigorous productivity and financial goals. **Essential Functions \& Responsibilities** * Develop and implement business plans to achieve goals in production, quality, and safety while leading change management initiatives to support organizational growth. * Oversee all facility operations, including inventory control, warehouse capacity optimization, and truck transportation loss control. * Manage all financial aspects, including approving/tracking expenses against budgets and analyzing business reports to drive cost control. * Partner with HR to boost employee morale; oversee the hiring, coaching, and development of both Area Managers and frontline associates. * Ensure facility\-wide compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements * Interface with IT on systems refinement (WMS/ERP) and maintain professional relationships with customers and key suppl...
