**A cover letter is required to be considered for this position.** **Job Summary:** Under the general direction of the Director of Campus Operations, the Facilities Operations Manager oversees daily operations of the Honolulu Museum of Art's facilities and grounds including maintenance, custodial services, groundskeeping, building systems, preventive maintenance, service contracts, and work order management. Working collaboratively with the Facilities Manager, the position supports renovations, capital improvements, exhibitions, and infrastructure projects while maintaining a safe, secure, functional, and welcoming environment for visitors, staff, volunteers, contractors, and museum collections.
