Annually **Location:** Hathaway Facility **Position Summary** The Precision Sheet Metal Fabrication Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of sheet metal fabrication operations, including safety, employee training and supervisor, production planning, quality control, workflow optimization, equipment utilization, and on\-time delivery. This position ensures that the precision components and assemblies meet customer specifications, engineering requirements, quality standards, and production schedules while maintaining a safe, efficient, and cost\-effective manufacturing environment.
