**Job Summary:** Reporting to the Controller, the Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s accounting processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, preparing financial statements, and supporting strategic financial planning. This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced accounting knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fast\-paced environment. This position works closely with other internal and external customers such as Inside Sales, Shipping, Warehouse, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and subsidiaries located throughout the US, Asia, and Europe. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** * Oversee and maintain the general ledger, ensuring timely and accurate entries, reconciliations, and journal adjustments. * Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). * Lead the month\-end and year\-end closing processes, including account reconciliations, accruals, and preparation of adjusting entries. * Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to support mana...
