**Summary:** The Director of Apprenticeships will play a crucial role in developing, managing, and implementing pre\-apprenticeship and registered apprenticeship strategies for Aspyr. Reporting directly to the Chief Programs and Initiatives Officer (CPIO), this position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the nonprofit sector, work closely with a dynamic team, and collaborate externally with key stakeholders to strengthen our region's workforce and employer connections. **Responsibilities and duties** include the following, but may not be limited to: **1\. Apprenticeship Hub Leadership:** * Lead and facilitate the Apprenticeship Resource Hub of Central Ohio (ARHCO) in collaboration with workforce and employer partners and in compliance with the U.S. Department of Labor Apprenticeship Building America (ABA) grant program. * Provide technical assistance to employers and partners on Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) development and expansion in high\-growth industries and occupations. * Support registration and implementation of RAPs and recognized pre\-apprenticeships. * Develop apprenticeship standards, work process schedules and pathway documentation. *...
