This is for full and part\-time positions. Well established obstetric \& gynecology and family medicine practice is seeking skilled and vibrant medical assistants to join our team. The ideal candidate will come prepared with the clinical skills, customer service focus and the drive to provide excellent care for all of our patients. Skills/Qualifications: ·Previous experience with all or a combination of **phone triage of clinical complaints and questions, prescription refills, insurance authorizations, results follow up and communication to patients is required**. * Completion of a recognized Medical Assistant Program required * Previous experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required; Obstetrics, Gynecology, and/or Urogynecology preferred * Previous EMR use, particularly Greenway, highly sought * Bilingual in Spanish and English highly preferred/required * Excellent communication skills including both written and verbal are required * Strong work ethic including demonstration of the ability to self\-manage work load, take direction and participate with multiple team members required * Appreciation of the patient relationship and focus on customer service and the patien...
