The General Manager of Hitched’s Washington, D.C. showroom leads daily operations, drives sales performance, and ensures an exceptional client experience. This hands\-on leadership role oversees and develops a team of jewelry sales associates, leads engagement ring and wedding band appointments, and partners with company leadership to increase bookings and achieve showroom goals. The General Manager also serves as the primary liaison between showroom clients and our headquarters production team, ensuring clear communication and consistent project oversight from order placement through delivery.
