(ASG, Inc.):** ASG, Inc.(d/b/a Eastern Indiana Works) convenes regional employers and partners to design and implement exceptional initiatives that meet workforce demands and contribute to the sustainable prosperity of Eastern Indiana (Economic Growth Region 6\). POSITION OVERVIEW The Regional Apprenticeship Developer (RAD) is an employer\-facing workforce professional responsible for expanding the use of Registered Apprenticeship as a workforce and talent development strategy throughout the region. The RAD serves as the primary regional coordinator for apprenticeship development, working directly with employers to understand workforce challenges, identify talent needs, assess apprenticeship opportunities, and guide employers through the development and implementation process.
