**JOB SUMMARY:** The Concierge Marketing Coordinator, under the direction of the Concierge Manager and General Manager, is responsible for the overall marketing of Packers Athletic Club, including 4th and Strong Café. This includes creating and instituting a strategic marketing campaign involving web, live events, community partnerships, social media, and other avenues to grow membership and remain the brand leader in the community. Other duties include lead generation new membership sales, customer service, and handling membership account inquiries. This role ensures the highest quality of service for all members and guests through written communication, strategic planning, and professional greetings extensive knowledge of all PAC products and services. Additionally, the Concierge Marketing Coordinator focuses on fostering connections among new and existing members, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction. This role has a direct impact on revenue, member retention, and overall customer service.
