**Position Summary** WIELAND’s Senior Project Managers are the primary lead for complex projects, often overseeing multiple projects at once. They will provide direction and support to project team members for the successful completion of each project. This role involves strategic planning, high\-level stakeholder management, and mentorship staff. They will report to the Project Director/ Regional Director. **Job Functions** **Project Execution** * **Works closely with the preconstruction team on the development of proposals and buyout strategy.** * **Review project schedules with each Project Team to verify accuracy, in the event of delays, ensure project stakeholders are notified per contract requirements.** * Monitor project health within the Project Management Software to ensure the Project Team is utilizing and maintaining the Project Tools according to WIELAND SOP's. * Verify coordination of all project requirements/reviews with authorities having jurisdiction. * Ensure commitments or subcontract agreements are executed within 30 days of project award. **Client \& Shareholder Management** * **Review the overall project status with the client throughout the project to foster a...
