**Salary: $60k** **Summary of Position** The Internal Auditor is responsible for conducting a series of on\-site brand protection assessments. You will be responsible for accurately scoring that systems, processes and procedures meet quality standards. The Internal Auditor position is a stepping stone to advancing your career and becoming a Tidal Wave Site Leader. Remote Position: (Preference for East Coast candidates based out of PA or VA). **Duties and Responsibilities:** ================================ **Site Assessments and Compliance** * Complete regular site visits to ensure adherence to Tidal Wave's standards, policies, and procedures. * Perform a minimum of one site assessment per month for each site in the region, providing feedback and actionable recommendations. * Identify non\-compliance issues and areas of improvement within the organization * Reporting of findings and recommendations to management * Verify that all regulatory requirements are being met **Qualifications and Skills** * Proven experience in a leadership or consulting role, preferably within a multi\-site retail or service\-oriented environment. * Strong understanding of business operations and KPI manag...
