Overview: We're hiring a **Medical Assistant** to join our outpatient dermatology clinic in Hagerstown, MD. The Medical Assistant will assist Physicians and other Providers by preparing procedure trays, ensuring adequate supplies for the department and assisting with patient care. **Pay range: $18\-22/hr, depending upon experience** Responsibilities: * Room patients and document intake. * Obtain and record vital signs. * Organize patient flow. * Setup procedure tray, instruments, and equipment according to instructions. * Assist providers with dermatology procedures. * Prepare Path/lab specimens, route to correct lab directed by patient insurance plan. * Respond to patient questions in office and on phone as instructed. * Review and address clinical task lists and nurse line messages. * Calibrate, clean, sterilize and inventory all equipment \& instruments according to schedule.
