**About the Role** We are seeking an experienced **Director of Operations** to lead and improve the performance of three Huntington Learning Center locations in the Houston area **(Kingwood, West University and Garden Oaks)** This role is responsible for ensuring that our centers execute at a high level every day. You will oversee operations, staffing, recruiting, customer experience, accountability, and business performance while working directly with the Franchise Owner. This is not a training role. We are looking for a proven operator who already knows how to lead multi\-unit teams, build accountability, solve problems, and drive results. **Your mission: Identify the leaks in the bucket and fix them before they impact our customers, team, or revenue.** **What You'll Do** * Lead operations across three Huntington Learning Center locations. * Ensure consistent execution of systems, standards, and customer experience. * Hold Center Directors and team members accountable for performance. * Improve responsiveness to leads, families, and customer inquiries. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of tutor and staff candidates. * Reduce hiring timelines and improve recruiting outcomes. ...
