**Director of Environmental Services** ====================================== Fairport Rehab and Nursing Center is seeking a Director of Environmental Services to lead building maintenance, safety, security, and environmental operations. This role ensures our facility, grounds, equipment, and systems remain safe, functional, sanitary, and compliant with regulatory requirements while supporting a comfortable environment for our Residents. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and oversee Environmental Services, maintenance, and facility operations. * Supervise Environmental Services staff, including managers and maintenance personnel. * Oversee building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and safety systems. * Develop and maintain preventive and routine maintenance programs. * Conduct facility inspections and ensure maintenance requests are completed and documented. * Maintain regulatory records, safety documentation, policies, and compliance reports. * Ensure compliance with fire safety, infection control, HIPAA, Resident rights, and applicable regulations. * Coordinate staffing, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and employee relations with Hu...
