**Position Summary** Human Achievement Program (HAP) is seeking a dedicated and experienced **Operations Manager — IDD Services** to oversee the daily operations and performance of our residential programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). The Operations Manager is accountable for the overall performance of HAP's residential homes by directly supervising House Managers and holding them accountable for day\-to\-day home operations, staffing, documentation, and resident supports. This is an oversight and accountability role: the Operations Manager ensures — through supervision, site visits, and follow\-through — that House Managers and their teams consistently meet HAP's policies, individual support plans, and Pennsylvania Chapter 6400/6100 requirements.
