**Now Brewing – internal audit lead, Internal Audit! \#tobeapartner** The internal audit lead is directly responsible for execution of audit projects that evaluate the adequacy of the organization’s internal controls and adherence to policies. This includes planning, leading, performing, and reporting on internal audit projects with recommendations to improve control effectiveness and business operations. The aam will oversee and mentor audit project team members on continuous improvement of audit methodologies and tools, but will not have direct reports with line with manager responsibilities. **Job Responsibilities** 1\. Lead assigned audit projects, managing end\-to\-end project planning, execution, and reporting with guidance from IA senior manager. 2\. Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls by designing and executing audit programs and procedures that achieve the audit objective and scope. 3\. Perform detailed data analysis using tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI to detect trends, anomalies, and potential fraud. 4\.
