Description: The Vice President of Marketing \& Market Development is a key member of the leadership team responsible for driving profitable growth through ownership of the 4 Ps of Marketing: Product, Price, Place, and Promotion. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will lead portfolio strategy, pricing, market development, channel expansion, brand positioning, and demand generation initiatives. Working closely with Sales, Agronomy, Operations, and Finance, the VP translates customer and market insights into strategies that increase revenue, strengthen market position, and accelerate business growth. Agricultural experience is preferred but not required.
