### **Assignment Overview** * Shift: Days, 3x12hrs * Hours: 36 hrs/wk * Start Date: Nov 9, 2026 * Length: 13 weeks * Openings: 1 ### **Description** American Traveler is hiring an RN for Child \& Adolescent Psychiatry requiring MD or compact license and 2 years of pediatric psychiatric nursing experience. ### **Details** * Child \& Adolescent Psychiatry unit treating patients ages 5 to 18 * Wide variety of psychiatric diagnoses including psychosis, major depression, suicidality, ADD, OCD, catatonia, and autism * Day shift 12s: 7:00 AM \- 7:30 PM * Rotates between acute inpatient unit and psych patients in the Pediatric Emergency Room * Every other weekend required * On\-call requirement of two 8\-hour shifts (2300\-0700\) per schedule * Floats between inpatient unit and psych pod in PED based on like skill set ### **Requirements** * Active RN license (MD or Compact) required * BLS certification required * Minimum 2 years PEDs nursing experience required * Child Psychiatry experience required * PALS certification preferred * EPIC experience preferred * Prior travel nursing experience preferred * Experience with level 3 autism a plus * Comparable large facility bed count experience r...
