In this role, Analysts monitor external events and physical\-security systems, assess incidents that may affect employees, facilities, executive travel, company events, or business operations, and communicate timely information to appropriate stakeholders. GSOC Analysts serve as a central point of contact for security and safety events, coordinate initial response and escalation, and support crisis\-management response with internal security and business partners. Through these responsibilities, the GSOC helps protect New York Life’s employees, facilities, and business operations worldwide.
