Kongsberg Defense \& Aerospace, Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to lead day\-to\-day operations of our Huntsville, Alabama facility. The Huntsville site will serve as an important U.S.\-based hub supporting NASAMS training, customer support, field service activities, and broader program operations. The Site Operations Manager will serve as the primary on\-site operational leader responsible for ensuring the facility is safe, secure, well maintained, customer\-ready, and capable of supporting Kongsberg employees, instructors, Field Service Engineers (FSEs), customers, and visiting program teams. This is a hands\-on leadership role requiring an individual who can operate effectively across a broad range of responsibilities. The Site Operations Manager will coordinate facility maintenance and vendors, security and access requirements, training and customer activities, equipment and material movement, budgets, site services, and operational readiness.
