Align is looking for an exceptional Financial Operations Manager to take ownership of the day\-to\-day financial operations of our growing real estate organization. This is not simply a bookkeeping position. We are looking for someone who understands how money moves through a high\-volume real estate business and can own the systems, accuracy, controls, and processes behind it. If you have worked as a strong Market Center Administrator (MCA), Finance Manager, Accounting Manager, Commission Manager, or financial operations leader within a real estate brokerage or team environment, you may be an excellent fit. **What You'll Own** * Manage commission calculations and payment processes, including splits, fees, deductions, referrals, adjustments, and reconciliations. * Ensure agents and partners are paid accurately and on time and resolve commission discrepancies. * Own company billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, and expense approval workflows. * Review and code expenses correctly across departments, companies, and entities. * Manage day\-to\-day QuickBooks Online activity and reconcile bank and credit card accounts. * Maintain clean books, supporting documentation...
