Job Description: The Regional Category Manager (RCM) will be in charge of the Strategy and the Sourcing of the following categories **Electrical Steel, Theromobimetals, Silver \& Contacts.** Missions are structured around 3 axis:* **Strategy**: As the permanent member of the Cross\-Functional Team (“CFT”) contribute in the definition of the category strategy. * **Execution**: Ensures implementation of the category strategy in the geographic zone. * **Performance Monitoring**: Track purchasing performance \& suppliers management in the geographic zone (directly and through operational buyers and S3L) More detailed information below:**Strategy**:* Perform needs analysis for different Schneider entities in all geographic zones and segment the category needs. * Perform in the geographic zone market analysis / intelligence and identification of market trends that could affect the pricing and supply * Identify and propose to the CFT list of Strategic suppliers for the geographic zones as per needs segmentation. * Assess supplier risk (quality, bankruptcy, shortage,) * Contribute to the development and deployment of the global cost models, scoring models etc.. * Drive dynamically the opti...
