Medical Spa Weight Loss Medical Assistant and Patient Care Coordinator Position Details: \*Patient Coordinator (Sales \& Customer Service) \*Manage daily flow of medical spa while ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction \*Full Time/Part Time \*Position is hourly pay with commission, discounts on products and treatments, and other cash incentives \*Minimum 2 year commitment preferred Duties: Ensure appropriate balance of facility organization and customer service to create positive outcomes for spa and patients. Helping to create fun and creative monthly specials and sales with management. Patients: Check patients in and out, maintain updated patient information, provide exemplary phone and person to person customer service, grow patient database, manage and build client relationships, provide patient education and treatment guidelines. Office: Greet Patients, answer phones, handle cash drawer, manage Nurse Practitioner and RN schedules, prepare charts, support nurse staff, office inventory, filing, and prepare spreadsheets.
