**OUR IMPACT** Corporate Derivatives desk helps corporations, financial sponsors, and financial institutions in the Americas to address market exposures \- e.g. interest rates, foreign exchange and credit. Typical client dialogue relates to managing risk on the back of financing and/ or other strategic initiatives (M\&A), along with day\-to\-day exposures arising from the business and operational needs. Corporate Derivatives desk is part of the Capital Solutions Group within Investment Banking and works closely with Global Markets and Classic Investment Banking to educate clients and develop innovative solutions tailored to their specific needs. **HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL** * Responsible for providing inflation, interest rates and FX hedging solutions to corporations, financial sponsors, and financial institutions * Prospect and onboard new clients to Goldman Sachs Corporate Derivatives * Propose and execute innovative ideas to manage existing derivatives portfolios * Utilize knowledge of corporate finance, derivatives and capital markets * Prepare and analyze derivative pricing models as well as financial models and company financial statements * Interact with clients a...
