Overview: **Department:** Pharmacy **Schedule:** Part\-Time Evenings **Shift** * **Clinical Shift:** 2:00 PM \- 10:30 PM * **Operational Shift:** 3:00 PM \- 11:30 PM **Additional Scheduling Requirements:** * Every other weekend * 3 of 6 designated holidays annually * Participation in the overnight rotation pool (8:30 PM \- 7:00 AM) as needed to cover pharmacist PTO **Facility:** Resurrection Medical Center **Location:** 7435 W. Talcott Ave., Chicago, IL 60631 Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, coordinates the activities of the pharmacy department to provide the highest quality of pharmaceutical care to all patients served by the hospital, while ensuring patient safety. The scope of patient care provided may include: General Medicine/Surgical, Intensive Care Services, Obstetrics \& Gynecology, Pediatrics, Emergency Care, Oncology, Peri\-operative, Geriatrics and Outpatient Services. Qualifications: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1\. Current state Registered Pharmacist License. 2\. Experience in hospital pharmacy operations preferred. 3\.
