Blue Skies Support Service is hiring a Michigan\-licensed nurse to complete **initial (start\-of\-care) visits** and **62\-day visits** for home healthcare clients. You’ll see clients in their homes, assess their condition, and document your findings clearly and completely. Responsibilities * Complete initial visits, including a full client assessment and review of the plan of care * Complete 62\-day visits, including reassessing the client’s status and progress * Document each visit with clear, detailed, accurate notes * Write legibly. All handwritten notes must be clean and easy to read * **Submit all visit notes within 24 to 48 hours of the visit** * Communicate any changes in client condition or concerns to the office promptly * Follow agency policies, client confidentiality rules, and HIPAA requirements Requirements * **Active nursing license in good standing in the State of Michigan** (RN preferred) * Ability to practice legally in Michigan * Neat, legible handwriting * Strong attention to detail and thorough charting * Ability to meet documentation deadlines consistently * Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license * Ability to work independently in client homes Pr...
