Help our clients’ most important orders get out the door accurately and on time. **ABOUT THE ROLE** Elevate Fulfillment helps businesses get their products into customers’ hands through reliable warehousing, order fulfillment, and shipping. We’re looking for an organized, customer\-focused coordinator to help urgent and other priority orders move accurately and efficiently through our warehouse. You’ll work closely with our account managers and warehouse teams while serving as an additional point of contact for clients. You’ll take ownership of assigned priority orders, proactively checking their progress, resolving obstacles, and keeping clients informed through shipment. Success in this role means staying on top of details, communicating clearly, and following through until each order is complete. **WHAT YOU’LL DO** * Coordinate urgent and other priority orders from request through shipment. * Confirm order details, special instructions, inventory availability, and requested shipping deadlines. * Monitor orders in our systems and follow up with picking, packing, and shipping teams to keep them moving. * Identify delays, inventory issues, or other obstacles and work with the appro...
