Description: **Position Title:** Marketing \& Public Relations Director **Status:** Exempt **Reports To:** CEO \& President **Department:** Marketing \& Public Relations ### **I. SUMMARY** Under the supervision of the CEO \& President, the Marketing \& Public Relations Director is responsible for leading the strategic direction and day\-to\-day execution of Turtle Bay Exploration Park’s marketing, advertising, communications, and public relations efforts, including support for the Sheraton Redding Hotel at the Sundial Bridge and other affiliated operations. This is a hands\-on leadership position responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies that strengthen the Turtle Bay brand, grow attendance and revenue, promote exhibitions, programs and events, and support the organization’s mission and long\-term goals. The Director leads the Marketing \& Public Relations team while also actively participating in campaign development, advertising, content creation, creative production, digital marketing, media relations, and other marketing activities. ### **II.
