**POSITION:** Program Manager **LOCATION**: Huntsville, AL **SCOPE:** Serves as a Program Manager on a major IT services contract for the U.S. Army as the senior accountable interface to Government and Caelum leadership. Own integrated performance across enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity/RMF, applications, service management, enterprise architecture, resilience, configuration/asset management, staffing, quality, risk, transition, and CDRLs. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Serve as primary management interface to the CO, COR and PAE Fires OCIO leadership. * Lead the integrated delivery organization and all Key Personnel technical leads. * Own staffing, transition, quality, schedule, risk, subcontractor performance, surge support and corrective actions. * Establish daily, weekly and monthly operating rhythms tied to mission outcomes and SLA/KPI performance. * Integrate ITIL, Agile/Scrum/Kanban, RMF, configuration/change governance and ISO\-aligned quality practices. * Drive cleared\-workforce recruiting, incumbent capture, retention, succession, cross\-training and vacancy closure. * Ensure CDRLs and executive reports are accurate, timely, traceable and Government\-ready. * Lead trans...
