We're a fast\-growing car wash company with 16 locations across Kentucky and Tennessee, looking for a Director of Maintenance to lead the team that keeps every tunnel moving. If you'd rather fix a problem for good than fix it twice, this is your seat. **What You'll Do (and LOVE Doing)** * **Lead the Crew:** Build, coach, and lead our maintenance team across all 16 sites, setting the standard for fast, quality work. * **Own Uptime:** Troubleshoot and repair tunnels, conveyors, dryers, pumps, water reclaim, chemical systems, and PLCs. * **Get Ahead of It:** Build a preventive maintenance program that catches problems before our customers ever notice. * **Run It Like a Business:** Manage the maintenance budget, vendors, and parts inventory, and make the case for smart equipment investments. * **Grow With Us:** Help plan and commission new sites, remodels, and equipment installs as we expand. * **Keep It Safe:** Champion lockout/tagout, chemical safety, and OSHA compliance across every location.
