**Marketing Associate** **Position Description** **Reports To** Founder \& Director **Status** Part\-Time, Hourly, Non\-Exempt **Work Location** On\-site — Davenport, Iowa **Schedule** Approximately 15–20 hours per week; schedule coordinated with the Founder \& Director **Key Collaboration** Virtual Social Media Employee; Founder \& Director; staff and program teams **Scope** Marketing support for Sensory Gym · Sensory Bus · Therapy Office Rentals· Sensory Gift Shop **POSITION SUMMARY** The Marketing Associate supports the planning and day\-to\-day execution of marketing activities that strengthen awareness of Autistic \& Loved, communicate its mission, and promote its offerings. This is a hands\-on, in\-person role for an organized and creative professional who can turn ideas into coordinated action, gather stories and materials from across the organization, and help keep marketing projects moving.
