**Customer Program Engineer \- OEM Customer Programs** **Pilgrim Aerospace Fasteners** Chandler, AZ \| On\-site Engineering \| Cross\-functional: Manufacturing, Quality, Sales **Position Summary** Pilgrim Aerospace Fasteners is seeking a Customer Program Engineer to serve as the dedicated technical and program\-level point of contact for assigned original equipment manufacturer (OEM) customers from post\-award through delivery. This role owns the customer experience across active parts and projects, including technical questions, program milestones, and proactive status communication. Internally, the Customer Program Engineer coordinates across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, and Sales to keep programs on track and surface risks early.
