**Where You Will Work:** **4Main CV Stepdown** * *24\-bed private CV Stepdown and telemetry unit* * *Specializes in caring for cardiothoracic/vascular surgical, pre\-operative and post\-operative progressive care patients* * *4Main teammates new to critical care or enrolled in the Critical Care Academy (CCA)* * *Also serves as med/surg overflow* **We’re Looking For:** * Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing * Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices * BLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association * ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association required/expected within 6 months of hire date. * Cardiac/critical care experience preferred **What You’ll Do:** * As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. * Using evidence\-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best pa...
