Position Overview: **Power your future with Qualus** in our Safety Department as a Regional HSSE Manager. As a Regional HSSE Manager will lead Occupational Health, Safety, and Human Performance initiatives across field services, repair shops, warehouses, and office environments. This role partners strategically with area leadership to implement safety programs, identify improvement opportunities, and drive initiatives aligned with business goals. The manager fosters a strong team culture and ensures compliance with OSHA and industry standards. Reporting to the Director of HSSE, this role also collaborates with peer managers to shape and execute company\-wide safety and risk management programs that promote safe, healthy, and resilient workplaces. Travel for this position is primarily within the West region and is expected to be 50–75% of the time. This is subject to project needs.
