ENPOINTE is seeking an experienced Account Specialist in the Client Services Department with a strong background in the commercial printing and direct mail industry. This role is responsible for managing projects from initial client order through final production and delivery while ensuring quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. **Summary** The Account Specialist is responsible for overall account management of client specific projects, strategic project direction and planning for client work including project resource sourcing and management, quality control, project communication, schedules/timelines, and production management. Oversee all aspects of the project, facilitates and monitors progress of jobs for our customers. Account Specialists are expected to multitask throughout much of the day.
