**Chief Experience Officer** Company: Scale AI Location: Nashville (Remote) Employment Type: Full\-time Job Overview We are looking for a Chief Experience Officer (CXO) to oversee the company's global customer experience strategy and execution. This executive will lead the customer journey, user experience, customer success, community engagement, and trust building, ensuring a smooth, secure, transparent, and enjoyable experience at every touchpoint from initial contact to long\-term user engagement. The CXO will work closely with the product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, compliance, and customer service teams to translate customer insights into product improvements, operational optimizations, and brand loyalty, ultimately boosting retention, NPS, and overall business performance.
