**How will this role impact First Command?** The Marketing Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the operational effectiveness and strategic engagement efforts of the Military Affairs team. Reporting to the Director, Marketing Operations and Field Enablement, this position provides administrative, logistical, and operational support to enable the successful execution of Military Affairs programs, events, and partnerships that strengthen First Command's relationships within the military community. In close collaboration with the Military Affairs team and the Meeting and Events Department, this role coordinates travel, event logistics, stakeholder communications, and Military Advisory Board activities, while supporting engagement tracking, post\-event reporting, and data management processes that inform decision\-making and enhance relationship development efforts.
