Description

Ensures warehouse is maintained in a clean and orderly fashion; ensure all warehouse employees follow all Company safety procedures; provide training as needed. • Schedule and lead daily activities of warehouse Stockers, Material Handlers and Custodial supervisors and line staff. • Maintains receiving, warehousing, and custodial operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. • Accomplishes warehouse operations human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and appraising job results; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures. • Perform high\-level labor\-allocation analysis in order to ensure efficient and cost\-effective labor distribution.
