Position Summary Our mission is to inspire a community of kindness through a revolutionary coffee experience. The Regional Manager assumes full responsibility for their assigned location’s abilities to operate profitably while maintaining the preservation of 7 Brew’s culture, mission, and values. The Regional Manager also maintains connections with the team members at all governing locations. The Regional Manager spends time at the stand level to ensure operations are meeting all company expectations and goals, in this position reports directly to the C\-suite. Duties and Responsibilities: * Be proficient in all Brewista, Shift Lead, and Manager duties and skill set * Educate and empower Managers to identify growth areas in stand operations and realize consistent improvement over time * Provide regular feedback and support to team members * Regularly work in the stands to maintain a connection to daily operations and stay relatable to frontline crew members * Empower Managers to maintain a low cost of labor while ensuring quick wait times and short lines * Work with the stands to monitor and maintain inventory, small wares, and equipment * Hold the management team accountable for a...
