Job Summary The Senior Sourcing Specialist at Corewell Health will lead strategic sourcing initiatives to support clinical and operational needs. This role manages the full sourcing lifecycle, including Request for Proposals (RFPs), contract negotiations, supplier management, stakeholder engagement, and contracting. The ideal candidate will have healthcare sourcing experience, preferably in the clinical space, and demonstrate expertise in cost optimization, compliance, and supplier performance management. This position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to build collaborative relationships across departments, and a commitment to delivering value through strategic procurement practices. Candidates will act as the key contact and subject matter expert for all strategic supplier management activities. Identifies, develops, and manages a preferred supply base that aligns with Corewell Health strategies and goals. Provides supply chain vision, decision making and execution support to assigned service line, product, or support area.
