**We're hiring at Kemper/Ford!** We’re looking for an experienced part\-time Project Manager (contract, 15 to 20 hours per week, fully remote) to join our small team and work directly with our Design Director and Project Manager. **What you will be doing:** Guiding creative and production work from brief to creation to QA to delivery, working closely with our designers through handoffs and revision rounds. Our clients have exacting brand standards and fast deadlines. **What we are looking for:** Agency or production PM experience (this is not an entry level role) Someone who can learn our workflow quickly and run with it Comfortable using Monday, Box, Slack, and AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to work smarter Retail or sports client experience is a big plus Pacific Time Zone overlap is preferred **Speed with confidence.
