**Position Summary** The Accounting Manager is a key member of the Finance and Accounting team and is responsible for supporting all aspects of the Company's accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance activities. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director Finance \& Accounting, this position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information across ECN's multi\-entity clinical research network. The ideal candidate is a hands\-on accounting leader with strong technical accounting expertise, process improvement experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, high\-growth environment.
