**Job description** Modern Spare is a local small business looking to hire a full time operations member (35\-40hrs/week) to actively help grow our organization and become directly involved in the company’s success. This job is for you if you are self motivated. This opening is for someone interested in becoming a production supervisor within a few months. We are primarily an ecommerce company that specializes in producing and selling specialized high end auto parts worldwide. An interest and understanding of cars is very helpful, but not required. The ideal candidate will be self disciplined, organized, and highly motivated. **Responsibilities** Responsibilities In this position you will be working within operations to assemble customer orders for shipment and aid in operations management.
